Walaa Jasim serves as SaNDAI Global’s Chief of Partnerships and is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships that drive organizational growth and client success. She leads a team of five partnership specialists focused on identifying new opportunities, managing stakeholder engagement, supporting proposal development, and expanding collaborations across government, nonprofit, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
Walaa has played a critical role in the development and execution of numerous strategic initiatives, helping SaNDAI Global establish partnerships with technology providers, workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and community-based organizations. Her expertise in relationship management, program development, client engagement, and strategic communications has helped position SaNDAI Global as a trusted partner in workforce development, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.

With expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, data visualization, and performance measurement, Thrishlaa oversees the design and deployment of analytics solutions across healthcare, education, workforce development, nonprofit, and commercial sectors. Her team leverages advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, cloud-based analytics platforms, and AI-enhanced reporting systems to help organizations improve operational efficiency and achieve measurable outcomes.
Thrishlaa has contributed to the development of numerous data-driven initiatives, including workforce analytics programs, organizational performance dashboards, data maturity assessments, and predictive analytics solutions. Claudette Keen serves as SaNDAI Global’s Chief of AI Policy Implementation and leads a team of three specialists focused on helping organizations responsibly adopt and govern artificial intelligence technologies.
As AI adoption continues to accelerate, Claudette’s team works with clients to establish practical governance frameworks that ensure compliance, transparency, accountability, and ethical AI deployment. She oversees the development of AI usage policies, risk management procedures, workforce training programs, and organizational AI readiness assessments.
