Walaa is SaNDAI Global’s Chief of Partnerships. She develops and manages key relationships that help the organization grow and support its clients. She leads a team of five partnership specialists who seek new opportunities, engage with stakeholders, support proposals, and build collaborations across government, nonprofit, healthcare, education, and business sectors.
She has been key to creating and executing many strategic projects, helping SaNDAI build partnerships with technology companies, workforce groups, schools, and community organizations. Her skills in relationship management, program development, client engagement, and communication have made SaNDAI Global a trusted partner in workforce development, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
She leads the Partnerships Team in working closely with clients and strategic partners to find new opportunities, build strong relationships, and support long-term success for everyone involved.

Thrishlaa Murthy
CHIEF OF ANALYTICS — THE DATA WHISPERER. THE INSIGHT ARCHITECT. THE DECISION ENABLER.
Thrishlaa (Thrish) Murthy is the Chief of Analytics at SaNDAI Global. She leads a team of six analytics professionals who turn complex data into clear insights that help clients make decisions and improve their organizations’ performance.
She has experience in data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, data visualization, and performance measurement. She manages the design and rollout of analytics solutions for clients in healthcare, education, workforce development, nonprofits, and businesses. Her team uses tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, cloud analytics platforms, and AI-powered reporting to help organizations work more efficiently and achieve their goals.
She has worked on many data-driven projects, such as workforce analytics programs, performance dashboards, data maturity assessments, and predictive analytics tools. She enjoys helping organizations turn raw data into valuable insights that support better decisions.

Claudette Keen
CHIEF OF AI POLICY IMPLEMENTATION — THE GUARDIAN. THE GOVERNOR. THE TRUST BUILDER.
Claudette is SaNDAI Global’s Chief of AI Policy Implementation. She leads a team of three specialists who help organizations adopt and responsibly manage artificial intelligence.
With AI adoption growing rapidly, her team helps clients establish practical governance frameworks to support compliance, transparency, accountability, and the ethical use of AI. She also manages the creation of AI policies, risk management steps, training programs, and readiness assessments for organizations.
She played a key role in shaping SaNDAI’s approach to responsible AI, guiding clients through the evolving landscape of AI while maintaining strong human oversight and organizational control. Her efforts help ensure AI tools boost productivity, protect information, and support company values.

JEREMY “JJ” WILLIAMS, JR.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER — THE ANALYST. THE ENGINE. THE QUIET STORM.
JJ Williams is SaNDAI’s operational backbone, a finance and data analytics graduate from George Mason University who can turn raw numbers into clear strategy and compelling stories. His superpower?
TRANSFORMING COMPLEX DATA INTO MODELS THAT SHAPE REAL-WORLD DECISIONS.
But JJ isn’t just powering spreadsheets; he’s powering iron. With a 315-lb bench press and a 405-lb squat for reps, he brings the same intensity to the gym that he brings to the office. When he’s not lifting heavy, he’s logging 10–15 miles a week on the road to sharpen his focus and endurance.
With his mix of analytical expertise, physical discipline, and calm leadership, JJ brings energy, clarity, and flawless execution to every SaNDAI engagement.
JAYDEN WILLIAMS
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER — THE INNOVATOR. THE BUILDER. THE BOUNDARY-PUSHER.
As SaNDAI’s Chief Information Officer, Jayden leads operational and healthcare AI initiatives that strengthen data systems and expand health equity across underserved communities. He is a Computer Science major at George Mason University, merging technical skill with a deep passion for impact.
But Jayden’s story doesn’t stop at the keyboard. He’s the thrill-seeker of the family, riding motorcycles, flying planes, pushing boundaries, and bringing an adventurous spirit to every project. And just like his dad and brother, he’s a geek in an athlete’s body:

Jeremy Williams Sr. is a seasoned business strategist with more than 26 years of executive leadership and a vision that blends technical mastery with community transformation. As the founder and CEO of SaNDAI Global and SaNDAI Cares, he has one focus:
UNLOCKING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY THROUGH DATA AND AI — ESPECIALLY FOR UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES.
He defies every stereotype of a tech CEO. He’s a data geek in an athlete’s body, equally comfortable breaking down AI ethics as he is breaking a shooting record. On the court, he once hit 18 straight three-pointers; in the gym, he’s put up 19 reps at 225 pounds on the bench press. That blend of mental precision and physical discipline shows up in everything he does, from mentoring young data leaders to designing tech-powered equity initiatives.
Jeremy holds an MBA in Finance from UVA Darden and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University, merging corporate strategy, engineering rigor, and cultural commitment into a leadership style that drives results and builds legacy.
