Step 01

Proficiency Assessment

Applicants complete a SaNDAI Candidate Proficiency Assessment covering foundational and applied knowledge in AI / AI Subject Matter Expertise, Data & Business Analysis, and Project Management. The assessment also evaluates judgment, problem-solving, professional reasoning, and responsible AI practices.

Step 02

Professional Interview

Qualified candidates may be invited to interview. We evaluate applied expertise, communication, professionalism, reliability, initiative, critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to contribute to real business and client environments.

Step 03

Employment Consideration

Successful candidates may be considered for part-time AIR Department assignments beginning at $40/hour and generally 20+ hours per month, based on project availability, business needs, and performance.
