Step 01

Complete the Proficiency Assessment

Applicants first complete a SaNDAI Candidate Proficiency Assessment measuring foundational knowledge and applied reasoning across AI, data/business analysis, project management, professional judgment, and responsible AI.

Step 02

Interview

Candidates who demonstrate the required proficiency may be invited to interview. We evaluate professionalism, communication, reliability, initiative, critical thinking, teamwork, and ethical judgment.

Step 03

Join the Team

Successful candidates may be offered part-time paid work beginning at $25/hour, generally 20+ hours per month, depending on assignment and business needs.

Important: There is no tuition or training purchase required to take the assessment or to be considered for employment.

If You Are Not Yet Ready

A Separate Training Pathway Is Available.

Candidates who show potential but do not yet meet the proficiency threshold may choose to participate in an optional six-month DataGen career-development and job-readiness program.
