Why

Our six-week training program equips government employees with the skills to leverage data analytics and generative AI applications in their day-to-day work.

How (Capacity Building)

Our six-week program was designed exclusively for State Department personnel, integrating six self-paced courses with weekly group discussions. Our program expedites employee proficiency in harnessing the capabilities of Power BI and over 10 generative AI applications, fostering increased productivity and team performance through data utilization. Additionally, participants have the option to acquire proficiency in Tableau.

We strategically designed this training initiative to empower government professionals with the essential knowledge and skills required for a future in analytics and generative AI-driven governance.

The 12-month DataGen Scholars Program, presented through our non-profit division, SaNDAI Cares, is a comprehensive Data Analytics and Generative AI Training Program tailored for high school students.

Our DataGen Scholars program aims to bridge the digital divide and prepare upper-level high school students for a future where data analytics and AI play a significant role in every aspect of life.

Upon completing the program, our students proficiently utilize Tableau and Power BI to craft compelling narratives through data. They gain practical experience with more than 10 generative AI applications, including ChatGPT, Browse-AI, and Gamma, enhancing their employability. Furthermore, students employ Synthesia to enhance presentations and training programs, utilizing AI avatars for impactful communication with employers or clients.

Why

The program fills a significant gap in the educational landscape by equipping high school students with essential technology skills and addresses three critical issues:

First, it provides access to technology education, as many high school students often lack tech coursework.

Second, it provides essential tech skills as data analytics and generative AI skills are increasingly vital for future career opportunities.

Third, it builds a more inclusive and innovative community by fostering tech literacy among our youth.

How (Capacity Building)

The DataGen Scholars program aims to elevate students’ proficiency in navigating the future shaped by data analytics and generative AI. Participants actively partake in 24 virtual webinars, engaging in discussions on these transformative topics, and augment their expertise through 12 self-guided courses. In the seventh month of the year-long training, all participants undertake a six-month micro-job, providing them with paid, hands-on experience to apply their acquired skills in practical scenarios.

This experience not only builds confidence and competence but also instills a sense of purpose and relevance in their learning journey. For those interested, scholars can pursue an industry-recognized Data Analyst certification offered by DataCamp.
